The Rapid Wiki has been created to more easily manage and organize data related to The Rapid (Interurban Transit Partnership). Since The Rapid is the least transparent government agency in Kent County, we have taken it upon ourselves to collect and disseminate as much data as possible. The information contained in this wiki comes from other government sources (state and federal) as well as Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.

It has become clear that it is The Rapid's policy to prevent easy access to operational data. They publish nearly nothing on their web site and FOIA requests are met with demands for large fees to access such data. The Rapid mocks the taxpaying citizens by declaring that charging for public access to their operational data is “efficient.”
